Arise Women of Athens Ministry exists to equip and empower women to live boldly for Christ. Through biblical teaching, authentic community, prayer, and discipleship, we are raising women who know their identity, walk in faith, and impact their families, church, and community for the Kingdom of God.
1. Proverbs 31:25 (NIV)
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
This one is a classic for a reason. It speaks to identity.. not perfection, not performance, not Pinterest-level holiness, but strength and dignity. Arise Women’s ministry is about reminding women who they already are in God, even when life feels messy. That’s faith with a backbone.
2. Titus 2:3–5 (NIV)
“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live… Then they can urge the younger women…”
This is the blueprint. Generational, relational, real-life discipleship. Not a stage, not a spotlight... life-on-life faith. Women walking with women. Wisdom passed hand to hand. Healing that happens in conversation, not just curriculum.
Proverbs 31 tells us who we are, and Titus 2 tells us what we do with it.
